Office hours are by appointment, 9:00 a. m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, and for acute illnesses only, from 9:00 a.m. - 12 noon on Saturdays. We have a walk-in sick time from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m., Monday - Friday, for acute illnesses with no appointment needed. However, spaces are limited. Injuries and acute illnesses will be seen on the same day, and physicals will be scheduled within a week of calling for an appointment. Allergy shots and drug screens are done from 9:00 a.m. - 11 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday only. Please be advised that injections, drug screens and unscheduled labs are worked in around scheduled appointments. Therefore, there may be some delays. If you are a new patient, please make sure that you bring your insurance card, ID and medications with you to your appointment. From time to time, we may ask you to update this information. We are a certified drug screen collection site. We do pre-employment physicals and handle workman's comp. injuries. We work with employees, employers and insurance adjustors to make sure we are giving the best care possible.
Payment is due at time of service, unless other arrangements have been made with the office manager or someone acting in that capacity. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Care Credit. We participate in most insurance plans, including Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, CIGNA, United Healthcare, Coventry, IBG, and Principal, to name a few. If we participate in your insurance plan, we do ask that you pay your co-pays and deductibles at time of service in order to help us control our billing costs. If you do not have insurance coverage, or have an insurance plan that we do not participate in, we will offer a 30% discount when services are paid in full on the date of service.
